Databuild Version 2.53 just released!
Databuild are pleased to announce that Version 2.53 is available for download bringing with it some great new features, additions and improvements all aimed at reducing the time and effort spent undertaking your day to day processes.
One of these features is a new calculation routine in the unit of measure that allows users to calculate a percentage of bill cost. A new progress claim report has also been created which has the ability to include claim stages and variations in the one claim. This can be located in Posting – Claims – Claim Schedule tab.
We’ve enhanced the invoice checking criteria so that orders are now split, and users will only see the relevant options when accessed from the orders or invoices screen. We understand that sometimes terminology can be a bit confusing so we’ve altered this to make it crystal clear as to what will be getting checked. Another transformation you will see is that users can now place invoices on hold in the invoice batch. This allows other invoices to be processed whilst the on hold invoices are followed up. The invoice batch report also indicates if invoices are on hold.
Also straight off the development line is the option allowing users to allocate leave amounts to the balance sheet for leave accrued. This allows the total leave value owing for all employees to be accumulated in a liability account. The aged debtors by job now also includes a separate report that is based on due date.
Of course, we've also fixed lots of bugs and made several smaller improvements across all software modules making the system a little more user friendly. To assist you in understanding how to use some of these new features, support and help guides can be located here.
